    Each class we focus on the different themes of traditional sling yoga asanas deepening your practice. This course covers all the basics of sling yoga, allowing you to progress within your own pace. Indulge in the therapeutic effects of spinal decompression and enhanced circulation, bringing well-being for both body and mind.

  • Casual classes

    Join in casually to develop flexibility, build up core strength, and enjoy the many benefits of inversions and spinal decompression! Each individual progresses at their own pace, gradually enhancing their ability to focus on correct alignment and intention. The sling takes the practice to a new level.

    Suitable for every body. No experience necessary.

  • Restorative

    This offering is fully dedicated for winding down and relaxation. Allow the sling to do all the work for you as you enjoy the rejuvenating and therapeutic benefits of it all. Experience the depth of asanas with the support of the sling, and let the flow journey you into a calm and nourishing state of consciousness.
