Dynamic Freedom Yoga
Kym leads the Dynamic Freedom yoga class. These tend to be strong classes, focusing on alignment and hatha yoga with vinyasa style creative sequencing and flow at times. While these classes can be strong, there are always options and we tend to move with the rhythms of the universe and cycles of the seasons in mind, always being mindful of moving within our our own abilities. Working with a soft breathe is the aim as we progress through our poses, integrating ancient wisdom with modern approaches, to release old patterns and develop greater health and happiness. Kym loves fascia and can integrate balls and other techniques for fascia release into the practice, with the intension of slings and meridian line stimulation.
Yin Yoga
Our yin classes are rooted in true yin style, where we hold supported poses for extended periods of time. Practicing letting go, accepting what is and being in the moment. Kym integrates gentle breathing and meditation teachniques into this class. Here we work deep into our yin tissue, meridians and nervous system - allowing a deep release - creating space for true healing to occur. This class is often accompanied with live sound vibrations.
Breathwork
Kym is so passionate about creating life changing shifts by tapping into the breath. Breath sessions are tailored to suit the individual or group. These are powerful events that take you on a magical journey beyond what the mind can imagine.
Sound Meditation
Kym leads a Sound Meditation once a month with her collection of Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, harmonium, flute, ocean drum, voice, chimes and more. She intuitively creates healing vibrations that sound amazing and allow for the busy mind to drop into a deep meditative state more easily. You can sit or lay down - we have everything you need to get comfortable and immerse yourself in the healing frequencies.
